The room was extremely spacious with nice decor. The location was nice and absolutely perfect, not too far from Utah Jazz and near downtown and eating places. There was a great Mexican restaurant nearby that was filled with locals. The hotel is close to the state fair park.

The room I was given was on the end of the upstairs floor, and I experienced disturbances throughout the night. There were issues with the furniture moving, water running, and a lack of functioning appliances. Plugging in any electronic devices was a challenge, and the TV had a color tube issue with a non-working remote. Additionally, there was a concerning incident where I had to navigate around a large man sleeping near the stairs. Waiting for my deposit refund after room inspection was unnecessary. However, I did appreciate that the TV worked and that clean towels were provided.
